  2. Remove garlic as soon as it's roasted, before burning but leave tomatoes in. - - When finished, add all to blender. Place towel over blender and be careful because it's hot. Blend slowly and completely, then add back to small pan.
  3. Cook on low with wine until wine is cooked off. - - Finished product will be thick, add more wine or water if you like it thinner. Doesn't need extra salt.
