I mostly followed the recipe but I doubled the amount of onion and added a Tbsp of onion powder to deepen the oniony flavor. - Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Let the dough rise until it's double the size under a tea towel. (about 40 min)
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and divide into three rectagular pieces. Brush with the melted butter and place the filling on all three pieces. Place the three pieces on each other and cut in three thread off pieces that you place in a bread pan.
- Sprinkle the rest of the filling, on the soon to be, bread and let it rise for 30 min under a tea towel.
- Bake the bread in the lower part of the oven for about 30 min, use a toothpick to check if the bread is ready.
