Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.

Steps to make Macaroni and Cheese:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees
  2. Boil pasta noodles to firm al dente
  3. Fry cut bacon in a medium pan until about halfway done.
  4. Add onion and jalapeños to pan with bacon and continue to cook until bacon is crispy and veggies are tender. Add in butter and deglaze bottom of the pan.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta, milk, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and the cooked ingredients, including the butter and drippings from the bacon.
  6. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese and put in oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and browned lightly.

Reduce heat; stir in sour cream, process cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth and cheese is melted, adding additional milk to reach desired consistency. Drain macaroni; toss with cheddar cheese. Add the salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Taste the sauce and add more salt and seasoned salt as needed! Pour in the drained, cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
