- Drain tortilla on a plate covered in paper towels. Don't press down too much on the tortilla, you'll squeeze out all of the cheese, and ruin everyone's good time.
- Add seasoned meat, shredded cheese, and any desired toppings on the top of your beautiful, fried quesadilla.
