- Prepare * 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Prepare *1 tbsp sake
- Make ready 1 tbsp potato starch (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
Made this broth in the middle of a snowstorm to warm up. I added extra ginger and garlic for health benefits-ginger is known to help with.
